arugula, beans, beets, bok choy, carrots, eggplants, fennel, garlic, habanero, scotch bonnet peppers, kale, leeks, lettuce, onions, radishes, salad mix, spinach, swiss chard, tomatoes, turnips, winter squash, and zucchini.

Microgreens and Sprouts
Our salad mix is packed full of flavor with added Sorrel for some lemony zest. At times, our salad mix includes mustard greens, tatsoi, baby kale and arugula for added phytonutrients and flavour!
Beets are an excellent source of folate and a very good source of manganese and potassium. They are also a good source of dietary fiber, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin C, iron and vitamin B6.
Kale is a good source of Dietary Fiber, Protein, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Folate, Iron, Magnesium and Phosphorus, and a very good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Calcium, Potassium, Copper, and Manganese
