We grow different types of vegetables including the staples your family loves and unique varieties they don't know they love yet.

arugula, beans, beets, bok choy, carrots, eggplants, fennel, garlic, habanero, scotch bonnet peppers, kale, leeks, lettuce, onions, radishes,  salad mix, spinach, swiss chard, tomatoes, turnips, winter squash, and zucchini.

Basil, chives, cilantro, dill, mint, parsley, sage, and thyme.

Microgreens and Sprouts



Salad Mix

Our salad mix is packed full of flavor with added Sorrel for some lemony zest. At times, our salad mix includes mustard greens, tatsoi, baby kale and arugula for added phytonutrients and flavour!

Green Onions

Onions are high in vitamin C, a good source of fiber, and with only 45 calories per serving, add abundant flavor to a wide variety of food.
